Project Description: The Water Transit Authority and City of Hercules are planning a tri-modal transit facility on the shore of San Pablo Bay, consisting of a ferry terminal, train depot along the California Corridor line, and a bus station. This project consists of preparing the Environmental Impact Report and obtaining all necessary permits.

Description of Services Provided: WWR is handling the regulatory compliance activities and preparing technical studies to evaluate eelgrass and fish habitats including side scan sonar field surveys for eelgrass beds. The technical studies will be used as the basis for the EIR lead consulting firm, Impact Sciences, to prepare the necessary sections of the EIR.
