Project Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers carried out an enforcement action against the San Carlos Airport for unauthorized fill placed within wetlands at the airport facility. This project consisted of complying with the terms of the enforcement order, which included preparing and implementing an on-site wetland restoration plan.

Description of Services Provided: Mr. Siegel provided the following services: wetland delineation, restoration plan preparation, regulatory compliance, construction oversight, and project physical and biological monitoring. Engineering services were provided by the prime consultant.
