Project Description:  The DHCCP effort is preparing CEQA/NEPA compliance documents for the Bay-Delta Conservation Plan. As part of that effort, DHCCP conveyed eleven Restoration Opportunity Area (ROA) work groups. Dr. Siegel participated with the Cache Slough and Suisun ROAs, providing active guidance on developing project-level wetland restoration designs at a level suitable for impact analysis and continuing work with DWR to quantify tidal heights throughout the Delta. DHCCP subsequently determined that none of the restoration projects could be implemented in the near term.
